Zero Measurement

As a basis for monitoring the progress of Delft Cluster, the Zero Measurement has been developed. This describes in detail the goals of the projects and the programme, how we will achieve these goals, and which deliverables we aim to provide and when. Spearheads, bridging projects, and descriptions of social, scientific, and economic value creation are included. This is elaborated per project in the logbook. You will find a pdf version of the Zero Measurement with logbook (as attachment) on the right-hand side of the screen.
As part of the BSIK regulation, Delft Cluster is monitored annually by SenterNovem, the Advisory Committee, and the decision-making Ministry (OCW). An integrated report and a logbook is prepared for this purpose. Delft Cluster currently has a single progress report (including logbook) from 2005. A pdf version of this can be found on the right-hand side of the screen. Delft Cluster also acts as ‘an exercise in steering demand’ for the Department of Transport, Public Works and Water Management. A separate agreement has therefore been made at programme level with the Department of Transport, Public Works and Water Management, and they receive an annual report.

Progress reporting

A quarterly progress report is presented for all projects. These reports are intended for use by the DC Board of Managers, the DC bureau, and the Scientific Advisory Board (WAR), to help them monitor and steer progress. This logbook describes progress made in projects, any obstacles, and which products have been delivered.

Mid-term Review

The last Mid-term Review has taken place on 29, 30 and 31 August in 2007. It has been agreed with those responsible for monitoring that progress reports from mid 2006 to mid 2007 will form an integral part of the Mid-term Review.
