At the end of 2009, Delft Cluster will complete a knowledge programme for Delta issues.
Prior to this final Delft Cluster phase, we can formulate the following objectives:

1. Results available
The projects provide results as agreed in the zero measurement. The project results (deliverables) can be find on the site for each project, under the heading ‘Results’. These are models, tools, articles, reports, courses, software, and demos. You can download all this information free of charge.

2. Customised applications
The know-how that has been developed must be used within the sector, by the knowledge institutes and by other (end) users such as governments, building companies, and engineering consultants. This will not happen of its own accord. There is intense cooperation with the Deltares market teams in order to actively guide this process, and Delft Cluster has appointed market coordinators.

3. Learning from experience
We make use of Delft Cluster’s working method and results, and the positive energy created by working together, to continue the development of know-how in the period after Delft Cluster. We are already actively involved in setting up a new collaboration related to underground construction between Deltares, the COB (Centre for Underground Construction), and TNO Bouw.
